We can provide reviews of existing systems, whether we supplied them or not, with the view to seeing if there can be improvements made to the performance or any facet of the system.
POST COMMISSIONING
We like to keep in close contact with our clients in the days and weeks after the commissioning is completed and your plant is up and running, just to make sure that everything is as envisaged under normal working conditions or that reviews are not required as a result of familiarity or performance.

TRAINING AND REMOTE SUPPORT
We can provide different levels of training and practical advice over the phone, by e-mail or with additional visits
SUPPORT CONTRACTS
In addition to this level of after care, NEPS Africa offers support -contracts to all installed systems. These contracts will be designed to suit the -clients requirements.
THE PC3000 IS OBSOLETE
The Eurotherm PC3000 has been obsolete for over 15 years now. However, the PC3000 has proved to be an extremely reliable product and the majority of users worldwide have not yet considered retiring their efficient, robust and flexible workhorse control system. In addition, Eurotherm’s newer offerings, such as the 2500 or T2750, although strong products in their own right, do not offer any continuity in either hardware or software – the applications written for the PC3000 cannot be ported into the 2500 and T2750 and the hardware is completely different
There has long been a problem getting PC3000 assistance, particularly on site, from Eurotherm.

NEPS Africa is highly experienced – engineers with over 30 years of experience with the PC3000 and a former Eurotherm PC3000 Product Manager – and able to provide technical assistance to PC3000 systems in all fields of industry.
We can offer a range of services from maintenance of your PC3000 hardware to migration to a new system. We can supply spare modules and can reconfigure your application program.
